Heal Stress Spiritually


INTRODUCTION TO STRESS
In the present times of the industrial civilization, the life of the human race is becoming more n more stressful. This stressful life makes the human unhealthy and unstable both physically and mentally. The physical downfall of the health can be cured with the help of Allopathic, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic or some other treatment. But in case of mental stress, cure can not be possible with pills.


Summary:-
Today man is going towards the direction of Stressful life. This is just because he is crazy about Money. This stress cannot be treated with the help of pills. Only solution is to remember some important Human Values. These Values equipped us to tackle with pessimism which just because of stress on our burdened mind. Our human values teach us to deal with the world with Love. And the Love is the only weapon to conquer not only the hearts of every being, but also grace of GOD. The other Human Values are Truthfulness, Forgiveness, Helping others, and etc.

REASONS GIVEN BY MEDICAL SCIENCES
Medical Sciences has given a bag full of reasons behind the stress. In which some common reasons are a traumatic accident, death, or emergency situation, a side effect of a serious illness or disease, the workplace, and family responsibilities.

SYMPTOMS
Symptoms for the stresses are given as headache, sleep disorders, difficulty concentrating, short-temper, upset stomach, job dissatisfaction, low morale, depression, and anxiety.

CURES BY MEDICAL SCIENCES
Medical Sciences has also given some cures for these types of the stresses

Yes, Man himself is behind his own stressful life. He is making his life complex just to make his life comfortable but in actual meaning he is making it complex and stressful. In the desire of more and more luxuries life, he is gaining more and more stressful life. And he gives it a name as hi-fi life or luxuries life.

How the comfortable life can be stress for us?
Actually in the present days, everyone wants to be successful in the field of work and money. For that purpose he overloads himself with work. For finishing that work, he works continuously for hours and just because this continuity he forgets about his time table of eating, sleeping, and relaxing. But he thinks that this is his enjoyment of life but in actual his desires makes him partially blind and the ability, he has to see, is just being used to see what he wants to see. And just because of this his life becomes unstable in many ways- as he is restless, he becomes harsh. If any failure comes, he uses harsh words for his employees. Because of disturbed environment, his mind as well as his colleagues’ mind becomes disturbed. This type of stress is just comes when man is mad for his goal.
 
In case of any sudden changes in life, as we call them stressful events of life- like death or separation of loving ones, etc these are just the case of negligence in attachment. Negligence in attachment means ignore the main parts of life like human is mortal.

Divorce, Separation, Disputes, etc are just the case created by the man himself.

SPIRITUAL PREVENTION & CURES
The easiest way to be relaxed in your life is to remember some points that are the qualities we have but we forget in the race of our quest for wealth.

LOVE works as Vitamin- Firstly learn to LOVE every being. Because LOVE is the most important vitamin of life for every being.  Learn to Love our self as well as present nearby us. This Love gives the others & us a happiness that cannot be measured and why we are doing this useless earning just for our happiness. In addition, to be happy is easy by just feeling LOVE for you and for all beings.

FORGIVENESS is Jewel- Secondly we should learn to FORGIVE. Forgiveness is the most precious jewel of life. If somebody does anything that we don’t like, at that moment we should not loose our temper and start blowing our harshness towards that person. But we should forgive. In office projects, try to correct the mistakes instead of thinking of the mistakes.

HELP EVER HURT NEVER- In third case try to help the needy people. We can call this as share our happiness with others. If we ourselves are not happy then we can be by seeking happiness in others by helping them.
 
TRUTH, The Hardest Thing To Do- We can also consider Truth as our weapon against the Stress. Truth, How? Yeah truth can be. The Hardest words to speak are the words of truth. Whenever we do anything wrong and tell a lie to our parents, or friends or near ones, we come to a point where we think heavily feel guilty that makes us stressful. So be truthful.

Here I want to share my Experiences-
 
I was in my first semester of B. Tech. One day I fought with one of my friends. He did the mischief. Two other friends of mine came and asked me to accompany them to market but I replied negatively by saying, “I am not feeling good.”

 They went away but within seconds one of them returned and said these words, "If you want to be happy forever then learn to forgive."

These Words just touched my heart and mind. Then I went straight to the friend, I fought with and felt sorry for my behavior and he replied that he did the mischief and felt sorry.

After this incident, I always try to cool my temper this simple way. Just Forgive.

Last year, our service group organized a dinner.  I was the in charge. But after dinner, in the store, we saw one of the buckets of curd rice (a very tasty dish of South India) that was not even touched. Next morning one of my Sai brothers and i went to different parts of town to find out the beggars, so that we can serve them rice. We went to a woman, sitting on the roadside, and we served her a plate full of rice. We saw her happy face that I cannot forget. She was happy like the way she was not expecting any food for whole day but GOD sent a meal for her. We both were feeling a great happiness in our heart. Even today, whenever I feel sad, I used to remember her face and pray to GOD for his kindness.

All of us is having many experiences like these but never tries to remember. Only these types of experiences stops us to do something wrong or makes us happy when we feel disturbed and keeps us far from the stresses.
Try to be calm in hard times. It is hard to be calm but try. Expect the unexpected, but do not be negative.
One more thing I want to say that is- We should not forget our origin that is GOD.
I read a Quote in a Church in Jaipur that is –

BEFORE GOING TO BED, GIVE YOUR ALL PROBLEMS TO GOD.

He will take care.
